Electroplating of Small Precision Turned Parts

We specialise in the electroplating of small precision turned parts.  We have invested in bespoke barrel plating plant and drying equipment that minimises the possibility of damage to external face, threads and finely machined features.  This is achieved by controlling barrel rotation speeds and spin dryer operation.

This capability is available for all of our coatings including zinc-nickel alloy, tin (bright and matt) copper, nickel and zinc.

Compliance

The coatings we supply for our turned parts customers are RoHS, WEEE and ELV compliant.

Coating functionality is key, whether it is to meet a specific level of corrosion resistance, a solderability flow rate or a pre defined electrical conductivity. The use of torque controllers and lubricants assist in the function of threaded components.
